Hair: Blond, about shoulder length, all spiked out straight back.
Eyes: A pale frozen blue

Personal History: Found at age 2 wandering on the outskirts of the forbidden city. Clothes were stained with dried blood and the boy was smiling with a cold stare in his eyes.

Experiment Data: Test subject for new "miracle drug" made up of dangerously high levels of amphetamines and phencyclidine along with various assortments of anesthesia. High voltage shock therapy was administered to keep 003 alive during the process. The high amounts of electricity seemed to have made the drugs integrate with his DNA.

subject 003 has shown a drastic change in physical abilities. His speed, agility, and strength have vastly increased past human proportions. Also, his body shows very little reaction to physical pain. 003 also seems prone to violence but he does not show agressive behavior through his tone of voice or demeanor. He smiles almost constantly during these experiments.

Reports of a suspect matching 003's description attacking and murdering villagers has come to my attention. The victims were found hacked by some sort of large weapon. I've noticed that 003 has the strange smell of blood around him and his clothes are rather dirty and stained. A recent check also showed signs of breaking into the utility shed, the only item missing was a large farming scythe.
