FIT trip
well, this week was my trip to Florida to see FIT, but first, i want to talk about the dream i had last night.

okay, it starts off that i'm supposed to meet jen, james, tim, brad at the mall at about 10:30-11am. So i decided to stop by andrew's house, for some reason sam was there too. We ended up watching dvds of Inuyasha, not sure why cuz sam hates Inu... and for some reason i remember that i went to the bathroom in the dream.

Then i get to the mall and we're all there and my vice principal shows up all angry. He yells at everyone saying that we can't leave the mall cuz someone had some funky disease and it might be massively contagious and we're quarantined(sp?) So we all go to bed there and it's suddenly the next day and there's this big beach in the mall, so we're all there swimming when i notice nen is missing. So i go looking for her and apparently she was getting yelled at by the headmaster. That's pretty much all i remember cuz mom woke me up to go shower.

So, onto the actual trip. Thursday we got to the airport around 2ish. We grabbed some food for the weekend at the grocery store and just hung out. We went and saw RV with Robin Williams that night at the little movie theater down the road. really funny movie, go see it.

Friday we went to see FIT. Let me say that this place is soooo freaking awesome. Within a 10mile area of the college is a Barnes and Noble, Walmart, Lowes, Bed,Bath and Beyond, tons of restaurants and about 6 different huge firework stores. The campus itself is really nice. We saw the normal 2 person dorms. I'm still hoping to get into the nice 4 person apartment style ones but if i can't these are nice. We met the head instructor person for the Aeronautics stuff. He was a funny guy and seemed really nice. Then we went and got food at the cafeteria, which is huge and has a salad/pasta bar, full deli, grill w/ hotdogs/hamburges etc., and a place with all kinds of hot food (i had fried shrimp, fish sticks, and tater tots)


so yeah, basically it's an awesome place. And the airport's like a 5 minute drive down the road and they have a shuttle that runs back and forth about 12 times a day cuz of the aeronautic students flying down there.

Saturday we went and visited Richy, my brother. They just got a nice new place and it's really big. On long weekends i'll probably go there, it's like 2 hours each way but he said he'll pick me up. We can go fishing and such.

Today was the flight home, didn't do much.
